Flipboard (http://flipboard.com http://flipboard.com), Palo Alto, CA and New York, NY (INTERN yes, REMOTE probably not)
We're building the world's best personal magazine. We have about a hundred employees, just raised a hundred million dollars, and we have 100 million users.
It's a big opportunity, so we're growing our team substantially. We're looking for devops, data science, distributed services, iOS, Android, Web, design, and ad sales (on top of everything else we have some very cool, very ethical ad products).

Come join us and build complex systems, solving hard problems, which help people keep up with the world around them.
- thibzzz 13y agoHi! If I'm interested in an internship at Flipboard (iOS), should I apply as an iOS Engineer? Otherwise I could drop you an e-mail if you would like. Thanks!
- adw 13y agoEmail me at andrew at flipboard.com and I'll pass you on to the right people. Cheers!
- bcguy390 13y agoHi! Flipboard sounds like an awesome company and I was wondering what kind of internship positions you have open.
- adw 13y agoHonestly, I'm not entirely sure, but email me and I'll put you in contact with the right people. Broadly, it's going to be engineering + data science, design, product management, maybe bizdev.
- geeknik 13y agoI'd love to work for Flipboard, been using your Android app ever since you released it. Not interested in relocating though, so how can I change the 'probably not' into a 'hell yeah' for working remotely as an Operations Engineer? =)
