Surf every day there are surfable waves, which means 3 or 4 times a week down here in southern Portugal -- winter swells have been huge for a month straight, so 5+ days per week has not been possible (unless you enjoy getting pounded by 4 meter bombs that is ;-)) Compared to my urban past, beats the hell out of going to the gym...
