How would it work to 'flush' out malcontents within PRK? It's not like they have freedom of information. How would this even be reported? Surely this information, be it true of false, has arisen from Chinese or South Korean sources
- Aqueous 13y agoPerhaps higher level officials in the North Korean government can avail themselves of uncensored Internet access? It's possible.
