- Cookingboy 13y agoWe get stock units directly, maybe that's what he meant. I certainly find my team has a pretty decent work-life balance, and we are at a pretty high pressure org as well.
- robrenaud 13y agoThey did for awhile. I still have some vesting.
- auctiontheory 13y agoI think it's pretty clear he meant RSUs. "Stock option" is still the colloquial term.
