I am just wondering why did Dread Pirate Roberts go to jain and Lanny Breuer did not. Both were facilitators of Illegal narcotics trade, except what HSBC did was orders of magnitude larger scale than that of what Silkroad did. One can argue that the people were removed from knowing exact nature of all transactions but trust me this won't float - you either recklessly incompetent or insidiously corrupt and involved in what is happening, especially when it happens on this scale. regardless, war on drugs is more or less like prohibition - way to control the masses without loosing face in front of elderly conservative public - who votes.
