Government needs to fund grid upgrades if they expect Utilities to support solar.
- Implicated 13y agoBecause said heavily subsidized utilities can't do it themselves?
- crdoconnor 13y agoThey have zero incentive to do so. Ultimately, they should be re-nationalized. Privatized utilities' incentives are completely screwed up.
