I've been grandfathered into my plan for some time now, but we switched over my wife from a $7500 deductible plan to a $3500 deductible plan in 2011 and that plan is going away. Only plans that were you were enrolled in prior to March 23, 2010 can be kept under Obamacare, which is unfortunate because a lot can change in 3-4 years, particularly when most people were unaware of the actual implications of the law.
