I suspect the reason Appke's business practices weren't as bas as Microsoft's, was that they didn't have the marketshare. Had Apple had the marketshare of Microsoft, I'm sure they were just as Evil, if not more.

That could be true, but I think we should try to keep our opinions grounded in reality.

Apple could get away with much worse business practices than Microsoft because it didn't have a monopoly, and was therefore held to much lower standards. Oracle even more so.
