Property owners in general should not suffer from deflation more than anyone else who has purchased any asset.

- walshemj 13y agoPercival pretty much all property owners use leveraged debt aka a mortgage unless you happen to be a trust fund kid - it also has a bad knock on effect on the banks who lent the money.
