- reginaldjcooper 13y agoIsn't it more likely to be in graffiti than via Morse coded gnome hops? I hope the NSA is getting photos of all that graffiti it sounds dangerous.

- corin_ 13y agoFair point, seems it's called "NYPD Intelligence Division & Counter-Terrorism Bureau" - I'm clearly no expert on NYC police!
- malexw 13y agoIntelligence Unit may include counter-terrorism duties, but they are also involved in surveillance of organized crime, robbery suspects, and witness protection, among other things. (Though these duties may differ from city to city).
- scotty79 13y ago... and the guy who tried to turn himself in for spraying a graffiti it appears.
