I agree that we are only hearing complaints from people who went ahead with the purchase, and then had buyer's remorse the next day. Uber's bigger problem is all the people who got to the screen that said it was incredibly more expensive than usual, and walked away and started talking about what a rip-off Uber is and how it gouges people who are in need.
