Doesn't seem like you failed out right, it seems you had real traction so I am a bit baffled that you didn't try harder to make it work (at least it seems that way from your post). I am thinking you could have worked something out with CL or found a way around that? Could this just be a matter of not having enough passion for the idea/product/service itself?
