There are two things that bother me about the Node.js driver. The first is that it doesn't have its own repository, you have to go to https://github.com/rethinkdb/rethinkdb/tree/next/drivers/javascript https://github.com/rethinkdb/rethinkdb/tree/next/drivers/jav... The second one is that it's written in CoffeeScript. That may have been a good idea at the beginning, but if you want to have more traction and more developers looking into the source code I think you should 'translate' it into raw JS.
