- Ygg2 13y agoSo are you implying that a regular DB would have fared better? I think it was a failure because of the complex law background and interfacing with all kinds of legacy systems it has to draw data from.
- threeseed 13y agoObamacare website failed because of bad capacity planning. And from reports coming out it was the Oracle Identity system that was causing many of the headaches.
