Hey Andrew, thanks so much for commenting. I actually agree with what you are saying, which may seem at odds to what I have written, but the idea of big breaks in my day was essentially so that I could have this 'useful' time to myself throughout the day. This is something I am going to be tweaking and changing with time so I am really glad for your input, thanks!
