We're not a start up but we use * JIRA - issue tracking and feature management * Agile - scrum management * Confluence - documentation, mockups, feedback * Bitbucket/Git - code repository * Facetime or Google Hangout for video chat * Salesforce chatter for IM though Hipchat is a better solution. We're a small company so we need to be able to answer questions from marketing, sales, operations throughout the day
