Help me write a book on how to theme Twitter Bootstrap

I've started the process of writing a book on how to easily theme Twitter Bootstrap. Before I get too far into the process, I thought I would reach out to see if anyone has any feedback on the proposed topics. It would mean a lot to me if could take a minute to check out the below blog post and let me know what you think of the topics I have planned out. Please also feel free to suggest a topic that is not included in the list. When the book is ready for download, I'll be giving away a copy + all the bonus materials to one random reader who leaves a comment. Thanks for reading. http://www.cardeo.ca/help-me-write-a-book-on-twitter-bootstrap/
