This might seem like a strange response, but I think it depends almost entirely on what kind of person the client is. Are they the type to admit their own failings? Or are they the type who thinks everyone else is an idiot? The former will accept the failure of the app for one of the many legitimate reasons. The latter will blame YOU when they don't get rich instantly. Be careful.
