- laichzeit0 13y agoI want to laugh but you're absolutely right. Military and pornography applications are the driving forces behind any successful technology.
- leokun 13y agoEh, if you're trying to be anonymous your ISP is still tracking what you are watching. If you run a proxy on a server somewhere that provider is tracking it. If you're using anonymizing software your connection will be slow, but that might work. Also the websites that provide the type of content you're referring to like to gauge people with expensive subscription costs and I'm not sure how you can set up a subscription service with bitcoin.
- phoboslab 13y agoBut it doesn't show up on your banking statements where your spouse could see it. The "felt anonymity" is much higher, imho.
- acjohnson55 13y agoYeah....instead it just shows you've bought BTC, and if your spouse is at all sophisticated, they probably assume you're using it for something shady.
- acangiano 13y agoSexcoin. It's Bitcoin marketed at the porn industry. Its value ($0.10) will go greatly up, IMHO.
