I have tried multiple times to use Outlook and Exchange based email, most recently a couple months ago. I do not like it. At all. If I was offered a job that forced me to use Outlook, I'd probably turn it down (or bribe IT to make my email accessible through Gmail). For all of it's flaws, I frikkin' love Gmail. Perhaps my favorite parts are the spam filtering and the filters.
