Eventually Europeans will have to stop pretending everything is the US's fault and be responsible for their own countries.
- toyg 13y agoPortugal decriminalised a bit more than others, they didn't legalise. Other countries have done something similar, but full legalisation would incur the wrath of US representatives at UN, WTO etc.
