Ask HN: do you know any visual HTML editor which simplifies layout positioning?

I think I recently saw a link to something like this here on HN, but I can't remember the name and it was still closed beta if I remember good.<p>Do you remember what it was? Are you aware of any other solutions? The main feature I am looking for is something like a css layout-aware visual editing.<p>Something which will assist you in the placing of all elements (based on a grid or not) without pushing you into the bare metal of css proprieties so that for example you can visually design 3 columns, then two columns in the first one, and so on.<p>I know of online visual css grid layout designer tools and I can use Twitter Bootstrap, but I was searching for a comprehensive building visual tool which would fully cover HTML5, CSS3, visual layout editing and most common CSS3 and Javascript animations and effects.<p>I've seen some grid layout plugin for dreamweaver, but each time I think I need to set up such a mountain of bytes to design a webpage it makes me feel sick..<p>Are there any more or less known alternatives? Thank you!
