Listing APIs and RSS Feeds relevant for disaster planning and response

As some of you know, we are currently building an open-source mobile physical security tool for human rights defenders, journalists, aid workers, activists and NGOs. We are currently compiling a list of relevant APIs and RSS feeds which we will use for the planning and response part of our mobile tool, for example: -FEMA -UK FCO Country Travel Advice -Various weather APIs -Earthquake Tsunami Warnings -Centre for Disease Control Advisories -Twitter Feeds -BBC News Alerts What other useful suggestions does the HN community have?
