Overrated - particularly in regard to the reqs for Microsoft CEO. Sandberg doesn't have a track record of growing new products. Facebook's new product dev efforts thus far have been either non-existent or woeful. What about DuPont CEO Ellen Kullman? Four years at the helm of another highly diversified, high tech Fortune 500. Grew their kevlar division from nothing to a multi-billion dollar business.
