  Hmm, I am sorry you have had a bad experience. I hail from over there too and am actually glad that the social state has not been completely dismantled.

    Maybe it would have been better if it had been dismantled, instead of it becoming a Petri dish for corruption and abuse (speaking as a Romanian).
