If this is your first app, I'd expect around a week as you figure out routing, templating, orms.. If you were using Rails, maybe 2 days? This would be very similar to any of the intro project/tutorials. Goodluck, though I have some advice: there are bigger problems to solve as a developer, this isn't one of them. This (and most web projects) are simply web forms that interact with a DB. It is no engineering feat.
