You could use a paper wallet like https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com/ https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com/ or http://piperwallet.com/ http://piperwallet.com/ and store the keys in a safe (bank or multiple safes, incase one is loss due to fire/storm/etc.). Instead of paper, you could also store the data on a USB key.
