Honestly? Awful. I know I know I shouldn't generalize, but then again you asked my opinion. So, let me explain. I work as freelance developer, 25% of my work is "fixing" Indian outsourced code. By fixing, I mean, rewriting the entire code an charging more than my normal rate. I guess that happens when you are cheap and not only limited to Indians, but to be honest, every time I have to "fix" outsourced code, it's from India.
