Nope, we need a lawyer everywhere to issue shares certificate and doing many other things.
- maaku 13y agoOk, that's interesting, but doesn't really answer the question. You don't need a lawyer in the U.S. for example. (You may want one, to make sure you're not shooting yourself in the foot, but that's what the standard docs are for. Never in these sorts of things is it actually required that you have someone with a law degree sign off on it in every instance.)
