- scblock 13y agoIt's being done, actually. Company called Ogin (was FloDesign Wind Turbine) is developing a 100 kW shrouded wind turbine that is similar to that idea. But it only works on small machines, can you imagine a 100 meter rotor with a shroud around it? http://oginenergy.com/ http://oginenergy.com/
