you need energy to do that, so perhaps by the time 15mph wind gets all the way up to the tower influx, it's less than 2mph
- praptak 13y agoThis is not the reason why it won't work. The 15mph flow will be much thinner than the original input flow, so feeding it back into the top will not have the same effect.
