That is so funny. I was thinking the same thing exactly! Slightly unrelated, I also wonder about stomach sleepers. it seems like all of these things are designed for back and side sleepers. I know that stomach sleeping isn't considered "healthy" (for back/neck reasons) but there are some things that just are the way they are.
