Compulsory licensing is simply a way to cartelize the industry by lobbying the state to create hoops and barriers to the entry of the craft under the guise of legislation "serving the public good". It's thuggery, raising prices by hampering competition. Hopefully ACM doesn't go that route, because that would be stupid.
