- redschell 13y agoThere are similar barriers to the procedure in America, though they are negotiable. The main issue is that people are fickle, and reversing a vasectomy is very difficult, so they need candidates for the procedure to be absolutely certain it's what they want before they go through with it.
- reboog711 13y agoI didn't run into any barriers getting a vasectomy... my urologist asked "are you sure?" and I Said yes; and that was good enough for him.
