There's this app... http://www.ortisoft.de/en/accessmenubarapps/ http://www.ortisoft.de/en/accessmenubarapps/ Essentially, "knock" the top of the screen twice with the mouse, and it'll switch to this application which has no menus. "Knock" twice again and it'll go back to your app.
