It's using http://nimrod-lang.org/talk01/Slidy2/scripts/slidy.js http://nimrod-lang.org/talk01/Slidy2/scripts/slidy.js -- that does indeed seem to try to support swipe navigation on mobile, but I had trouble with it on Chrome Beta for Android.
