It is not untraceable, and in fact it's the most traceable currency ever. I can't imagine what a forensic gold mine it will be about spending patterns and who spends money where, especially when coupled with the online activity already used.
- drzaiusapelord 13y agoRight, the ledger is public but the ledger doesn't have my name on it. Big difference there.
- quasque 13y agoThe ledger may not have your name on it but merchant and payment processor metadata may well link your identity and Bitcoin addresses.
