  Which is why I didn't say "child protective services". Many states have adult/elder protective services, too, not to mention police involvement with general abuse cases regardless of age. Obviously, PA isn't really doing something worthy of that sort of response, but I'd want to be treated better than "shit wages, shit work-life balance" by a family member.
