Why is it offensive? You seem pretty aware of the history there.. if it's foreign spies, ISI has to lead the list of possible suspects, right? They've got the motive, means and a history. I'm American and I wouldn't be upset at speculation that the US was killing Iranian nuclear scientists. I'd be like "Well, yeah, it's always a possibility".
