Ask HN: What do you use for geographical sales team management?

Hi HNers, I have a small sales team working with one city, but there are issues which frequently come up with dividing the sales area geographically. I just want to overlay a map and manage my sales teams using that overlay. I haven't come across a software to do this, do you know any?
