We recently switched to 2014 Preview (Read more at http://www.brentozar.com/archive/2013/11/update-on-stack-overflow-recovery-strategy-with-sql-server-2014/ http://www.brentozar.com/archive/2013/11/update-on-stack-ove... ). After our weekly index optimization, SQL server is no longer caching our query plans causing high CPU load. This will overload our CPUs tomorrow if we don't get this resolved. We are currently working with microsoft to resolve this issue. Taking a memory dump of sql caused us to go down. Stackoverflow is coming back online right now.
