It's coming up slowly, piece by piece. I'm still waiting on access to my machines.
It was out for about 30 minutes or so.
The IRC channel is a useful place to be when this sort of thing happens - not that I recall something this bad happening since I've been using Digital Ocean.
- InclinedPlane 13y agoI used to have a linode VPS in their fremont datacenter, there was a period where they had downtime almost every other month. Shit happens.
- grumps 13y agoI didn't realize that they had one. I would've looked there but I'm actually on vacation, so I'm not really wanting to `dive in` at the moment.
- conesus 13y agoSince it's been 2+ hours now, I'll just say that an hour ago half my machines came up but the other half remains offline. I don't think they're still coming back up. Waiting patiently… by grousing on Hacker News.
