Is a matching hash enough to get a warrant or is a warrant even necessary? Or is it probably cause to raid the user's house at that point? I'm curious to know

Is a matching hash enough to get a warrant or is a warrant even necessary? Or is it probably cause to raid the user's house at that point? I'm curious to know the process once a matching image fingerprint is found. Or will we soon be hearing of a police raid on a person's house because of an errant MD5 collision?
