We all know why they are asking candidates to do this. The question is whether this is a reasonable way to go about getting this information.
- ArtDev 13y agoMy work speaks for itself and I am more than happy to share working codes samples. I had someone offer me a paid test. I refused because I am too busy. By requiring coding tests, employers and managers may be accidentally selecting only desperate candidates.
