"As to headphones, we have golden rule, if they are on..." Man I hope that's not the rule here, because when I have headphones on it's to wake me up, not keep the world out; I really don't care if someone disturbs me. Maybe I need an additional indicator... (open plan office, I like it fine, clearly some here would like more seclusion though)
