Inconsolata for the win. From time to time I get my "change fonts frenzy", but in the end I always roll back to inconsolata. Only drawback: 'W' and 'w', plus 'X' and 'x' are extremely similar. This is mostly not a problem, but sometimes it can be a hassle.
