Shure 315s will block out most things, one thing you need to watch out for is that most IEMs are a pain to put in/take off. So if people are prone to ask you questions and you keep having to take them off that could be a problem. For this reason I've been using the new style Apple headphone recently, they off some noise isolation but are a lot easier to take off.
