How is uploading source code to a cloud IDE different than using a hosted VCS like GitHub or Bitbucket, which is also increasing in popularity? Also the people who are deploying to Azure are already trusting Microsoft with their source code. And you're not owning the software even with a normal Visual Studio license. You just get the binary blob and a license to use it, not the source code. Using the cloud-based version, you don't get the binary blob, but does that make a difference?
