Everyone I know in Chicago with residential Comcast service (including myself) has had native IPv6 deployed since ~June 2012. Based on information from http://www.comcast6.net http://www.comcast6.net it looks like Comcast lit up IPv6 for residential customers first and is now conducting trials with their business customers.
