I meant loaded because it could technically be considered true (the broadcasters certainly haven't 'authorized' Aereo's behaviour), but the term is obviously chosen to sway public opinion before the legal battle.
- fryguy 13y agoThey didn't authorize me to eat a ham sandwich today, but that doesn't make it unauthorized. More to the point. If I recorded a game on my DVR, and the DVR streams it to another DVR in my house, that is not an unauthorized transmission, either.
